1 and 2, dont use the engines that come with arena.  they arent very strong and
i had problems with them as well.  Check out List512 and Ruffian 1.05.

3.  When you look at the advanced options as you are connecting to a chess
server with arena, you'll see that you can send (gameend, gameend1, gameend2,
etc) after the game.  pick how many commands you want to send after the game and
then connect to the server.  read "help alias" you have to create an alias for
each gameend command.
