Both of those versions were extremely strong. Bob, since Crafty mostly plays computers it seems, what do you think is it's major problem facing other programs? It is due to your code being available and everyone is able to see what your doing? It is that your hardware is no longer "above" everyone elses? Book problems perhaps? I know Crafty won the last CCT with the default book, but surely most of the credit goes to the massive hardware it used. I am just throwing out ideas.. why does Crafty _seem_ to be behind so many now when before it was leagues ahead... Peter
