Yes, both are easy to do.
For Rebel 12, use the Winboard version called Rebel12_CB.exe and just install it
as a Winboard engine.
For Shredder UCI, you have to install Roland Pfitzer's UCI2WB adapter.
Here is how I have set it up:

Then you install adapter.exe as a Winboard engine under ChessMaster.
