You must admit that this is only possible for "older" programs which did play
humans.

I don't know. For me 40 points, especially in this SS(DF) lists are the same as
0. A 40 points higher rated is not stronger in my eyes.
I wouldn't say that MCP is stronger than Rebel but for my understanding it is
stronger (in a certain way) than Fritz5 as I wrote in another thread.
