Subject: CM9000: I Downloaded Patch 1.0.2 & Surprise, I Don't Need The CD To Run!

I picked up CM9000 yesterday, for a mere 20$ at EB Games.
It's copy protected, and you need the CD in the drive to start it, until you
download the latest patch, 1.0.2?!

This surprised me. Has anyone else have this happen? I did a complete install on
Win 98 SE. Somehow I don't believe Ubi-Soft intended this. Not that I mind:o)
