Why don't you give him (or any others you have a grudge with), a chance. (Or
perhaps another chance). Just because this is a moderated newsgroup, does not
mean it has to be an ExClusionary group, (Its sad enough that no women, or very
few women will have anything to do with us here:), or that some one who is out
can not come back, having agreed to its charter.

I realize that many people have long memories & (perhaps), justified hurts
caused by this or that irrational post. (and I am not saying who of many has
posted incoherently). But it does not do well to dwell in the past, and to make
the statement, 'this person is back, so I'm leaving', is a rigid & inflamatory
thing to write.

Yes, I know that those who forget the past, are condemmed to repeat it, but I
also believe that we live in a very forgiving culture, and that people can
moderate their own behaviors, given the choice, but not lectured too about why
they should take it. By the way, I am not one of those, 'lets just get along',
type people. I think I'm a 'Come on everybody, lighten up! type of person. I
believe in fair play, and that everyone deserves to make thier point(s), no
matter how wrong, I or others think they are. Freedom of speech is also about
tolerance, and the willingness (like Bob Hyatt does), to exert the energy to
refute Illogic with Logic and Facts.
