The UCI2WB adapter has many flaws and bugs, which were described
in the WB forum recently. It cant be used in serious tournaments
and I wait for a new adapter by the author of Fruit.
BTW regarding Rebel, you dont have to use the Rebel_CB version,
but can use at least the latest normal Rebel12.01, when
you create two empty files 'white.eoc' and 'black.bal' in the
same folder.
