The UCI2WB adapter has many flaws and bugs, which were described in the WB forum recently. It cant be used in serious tournaments and I wait for a new adapter by the author of Fruit. BTW regarding Rebel, you dont have to use the Rebel_CB version, but can use at least the latest normal Rebel12.01, when you create two empty files 'white.eoc' and 'black.bal' in the same folder.
