If the webspace has a volume limit (or anyway, to increase surf comfort), it would help to change the format to a simple <pre> ... </pre> formatted list. Although, the page isn't very big with ~63 KB. There are much worse "code monsters" in the web :-) The difference would be, for one list entry (!) only: Now: <tr style='mso-yfti-irow:1'> <td width=652 valign=top style='width:6.15in;border:outset 1.0pt;mso-border-alt: outset windowtext .75pt;padding:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt'> <p class=MsoNormal style='mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none'><b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'><span style='font-family:"Courier New"; color:blue'><span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>1 Shredder 8<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span><span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span><span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>: 2714<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>42<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>45<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>167<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>66.5 %<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>2596<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>35.9 %<o:p></o:p></span></b></p> </td> pre-formatted: 1 Shredder 8 : 2714 42 45 167 66.5 % 2596 35.9 % (and once <pre>...</pre> at the beginning and end of the list) Also, a lot of formatting stuff which is now in the code of that page, could be discarded when the <pre> formatting is used instead. Didn't the previous version of your rating list use that format? Some, or most, WYSIWYG HTML generators just produce nightmare code 10 times the size of what is necessary... If you prefer formatting with <table>, I have an example how compact HTML code looks like, using that: http://members.aon.at/computerschach/museum/litlist.htm 35 KB, but this would be much smaller with the <pre> formatting method, too. Regards, Mike (file size phobic :-))
