It looks that the bug is in the whatever tool you are using to access tablebase.
Here are my results:

btm: Mate in  19

btm: Mate in  19
Enter piece locations (e.g. 'wke3 wpb4 bka6 bph6') or 'quit':
quit

So original position is really the draw with wtm, but after Kd6 black mate in
19.
