hi andrew,

a short question: what kind of interaction is required of the operator? because
i would like to participate, but 10pm GMT is too late for me. if i do a "tell
pear join" at 10pm GMT, do i have to do anything more, or can i just go to bed
after 1 or 2 rounds?
