I think the programs will also win if you force Rxe6. In any case, I think that there is a new solution move. I made a new version of BS2830 called BS2830-new.epd with the following modified record: 2r1r3/p3bk1p/1pnqpppB/3n4/3P2Q1/PB3N2/1P3PPP/3RR1K1 w - - bm Rxe6 Qh3; id "BS2830-05"; c0 "It has been shown that Qh3 is as good as Rxe6"; Clearly, an engine should not lose Elo points for choosing Qh3 over Rxe6.
