I used that method in the past: One of The problems is that sometimes some PV hash entries are overwritten during search after you've found the PV for the a given depth, and the PV becomes completely stupid or meaningless. This happens sometimes with Shredder 7: You check the PV and some moves are ridiculous. The array method works just fine for me. Regards, Jaime
