Yes, indeed. Go to the Library, then select "Opening Book -> Import from PGN
file". Choose the PGN file you want to load, then a dialog will come up asking
you for the criteria with which the moves will be weighted. As an example, for
the GM books that I created I used the "Frequency" criteria, 40 depth, and
minimum moves of 1 -- if the GM played it in real life, then the book should
have it.

For a stronger book, you should probably use minimum moves of at least 2 to
prevent blunders. And you might want to choose the "Wins" criteria instead.
