There are several of these on FICS (DeepNightmare, Extirpate, Bitpusher, memerCPU, DevilDogfi) to name a few and several systems that change engines on almost a daily basis. The only rule that FICS has is that to play in the computer tourneys you must use the engine you are registered with. Other then that the admins do not seem to care as I have complained in the past, I caught Tartessos start with one engine, disconnect and resume with another engine. The Admins did nothing. Finger Crafty on FICS it has "processor 1mhz z80, 64kb memory." I know it is a joke by Bob but you are running a commercial engine what is it you are trying to prove? Why do you care what the other guy has or is running? For the most part I could care less what they are doing, but when you are beta testing an engine for the Author it is damn hard to gage what is happening when these clowns are matching you. ----RANT OFF----- Bryan
