Subject: Matches run in CM GUI unfair advantage to CM?

Why is it that the native chessmaster engine running in it's native enviroment
in CM9000 seems to slaughter strong programs like shredder and rebel, are the
unseen advantages for CM? Like More use of system resources for the CM engine?
