Two more hints:
a) Consider the ip adresses. Did you set them manually, if so, which ips do you
use, which does the wlan router provide for dhcp e.g.?
b) Remember that usually on the Win XP machine you have to have an admin account
with the same name as with which name you are logged in on the other computer
and try to connect to the XP computer.
