Hi! I have the same problems when playing OTB - I really had to get accustomed to real board and real 3D-pieces:-) and this takes some time. Year ago Anand says in an interview that he had a same problem to go from computer screen chess to real wooden board. That is a kind of psychological thing, I guess.
