I ordered it and received it in a couple of weeks.  Of course, I sent my money
order airmail and paid the little extra for airmail shipping of the database.

It seems quite good.  I have found a VERY few errors and bad games, but they are
minimal.  One thing you should be aware of is that he has assigned ratings to
many players in the past, either before the ELO system was used or before they
had an ELO rating.  This can be either good or bad.  It's useful to see people
like Lasker with a rating, but the ratings assigned to young players before they
developed an ELO are usually those obtained later in their life, so are
considerably inflated at the time assigned.

I don't think you can match it anywhere at this point in terms of quantity,
quality, and price.
