I have no time to do this experiment and of course I suggested to change all
programs to have all evaluations so we can also see if eval works well only in
combination with extensions.

Of course it is clear that you cannot drop evaluation of one program to another
program and maybe the fastest way to do it is to start with translate program
that translate the data structure of program A to the data structure of program
B so you can later drop the evaluation of one program(of course the program is
going to be significantly slower but it is possible to care that all programs
will be slowed down by nearly the same factor so it is not very important).
