Sean has been reinstated after he has asked this of the moderators, after his
behavior was monitored for a while, and after he agreed to meet the terms the
moderators set out for him. So far we don't think he's done anything wrong here.

It's clear that some people here have strong opinions about him, but this thread
is the wrong way and the wrong place to do that.
