Subject: Problems with an Engine playing in the ICC !

Today, all of a sudden, I tried to test my engine in the ICC using Arena, and
logging as a guest. It got disconnected and I got this message:

"Unregistered players from your site have been temporarily denied access
to the ICC.  This is probably because someone at your site was behaving
inappropriately, after several warnings."

Now, I never chat with anyone, or cheat, or do anything except let my engine
play (and often loose) against other players. What "site" are they talking
about?
Has anyone experienced this before?
Any advice?
