Things are not so simple ; look at what ChessBase says on the DVD's :

The information display with these endgames may be a bit confusing at first
sight.

Example: DVD4 contains the endgame RPP-R.

1. Usage with Fritz and integrated TB-access
Access of the endgame tables works fine if black (the side with the single rook)
is to move. But if white is to move and one of the pawns can promote or the
black piece can be taken, no endgame information is shown. Instead the engine
starts thinking. Fritz is optimized for practical play and missing subendgames
can lead to several problems during game play. Therefor access to the endgame
tables is switched off if one or more moves lead to a position with no
information in the endgame tables.

2. ChessBase 8
The endgame turbo is supported through the new engine "Tablebase 3.0". ChessBase
and this engine are optimized for analysis. Therefor if a position is not found
(after a promotion), the evaluation will be 0 but all other moves will have
correct information. Normally 0 means a draw, but in this case it can also mean
that the endgame was not found.

So the difference between Fritz and ChessBase are missing positions. Fritz
switches off the display completely if one of the moves lead to an unknown
position, ChessBase always shows all known evaluations and gives 0 for the
unknown positions. This may be irritating at first, the user has to be aware of
it while interpreting the results. With the six pieces endgames it happens if
one of the pawns can promote oder the single piece of the side without pawns can
be taken.
