Exactly. I remember once quite a while ago that someone complained that their program's rating tanked due to some individual doing stuff like this. I replied that they should be thanking that individual for identifying a serious problem with their program rather than castigating them. The best way to toughen your program up is to feed it to the wolves! Dave
