Thanks In addition to what's been posted, if you allowed installation to default folders you might what to check for/remove: \Program Files\Zone Labs folder; \Windows\Internet Logs folder; \Windows\System (or System32)\Zone Labs folder. If by chance any of these files are running or in use you'll have to kill the process before you'll be allowed to delete the files. The processes are usually zlclient.exe and vsmon.exe (but I'm not up on historic filenames). Think about looking at \Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\Install.log if you still have it and it will note some registry entries as well as the installed files. You can work from that. For you consideration: Please note that some antivirus software have mail-safe and script blocking settings that could block certain activity. BK
