Assuming you sent the test e-mail at about the same time as you posted the above
(about 6:35pm PST), then it has been about 45 minutes and I have still not
received the e-mail. I'll give it another hour or two, and post here again if
the message is still MIA. If so, you can send everything to my new work address:
