When I was living in the dorms (back when Napster was still around), they
enforced a 4GB weekly bandwidth limit. I had friends who would leave their
computer (and Napster) running when they went to sleep. They woke up and their
internet port was blocked because people had downloaded 4GB worth of songs from
them in 8 hours :)

How much more does the server package cost than the regular package that a home
user would get? Do you still have a limit with that?
