Excluding the 1984-1985 marathon in which Kasparov had to go into a defensive bunker ( or maybe they both did ) the results of the later matches total Kasparov 18 wins and Karpov 14 wins and 64 draws out of 96 games. Is there any statistical certainty in those results?
