Hi Bill :) The games are played on my computer, this is not an ICC event. Every
Winboard or ICC engine is allowed to compete, if you can provide me with a
windows binary.

To enter, you just need to send me your engine (odeville - at - tiscali.fr). If
you consider your engine as private, be sure I'm not going to give it to anyone
else without your permission.
