With crafty you are welcome if you ever show up in own person to do just that
against me. If your only form of 'cheating' is now and then playing the move a
bit further, where you already lose incredible amounts of time to operating
crafty in textmode. At least 10 seconds a move extra, and in crafty you must
type careful too, otherwise it doesn't ponder anymore. I will be delighted to
give you this 'privilege'.

But to answer your question with regards to DIEP, i'm sure it plays better than
i do. I'm sure opponents at important tournaments like world champs, paderborn
and ict4 (in that order of importance) would encourage me to make moves as that
garantuees them FM level.

Your current chess level, thanks to a busy life as a professor and internet
poster, will be most likely deteriorated a lot. I guess around 1700.

So you will be even missing positions where tactical another move is possible
than what crafty already wants to play.

I'll be very delighted if you force any patzer move in the year 2004 against me.
Real real happy. Patzer moves are garantueed to be 1700 level.

Note that i'm very sure that during the days of the ACM events any beginner
could cheat.

You live in the past.
