Hi Jorge The intelligent mode is a new setting. It's main aim is to optimize the playing strength of shredder 8 by choosing the best style of play (aggressive, active ...) depends on the type of position playing. This is an experimental new setting. It seems to let shredder 8 plays a little bit more rapid and have an interesting style of play (sometimes it plays outstanding attacking positions whereas the previous versions prefer to win strategically if not playing in Gambit style). Only Time and more experiments will give as the truth. I'll try to make some experiments to get a part of the truth.
