New Infinite Loop-5, Ver-qual 9

The 9th qualifier for new versions is concluded.
To be qualified, a new version needs to take upper place than the best
previous version.
The event reveals:
- that all Crafty 19.11 SE (plus personalities) versions are very close by
strengh.
- that new Aristarch versions (4.40 and 4.41) are close by strengh and much
stronger than Aristarch 4.4
- that the latest Comet (B.67) at last shows better performance than the
best previous version (B.48).
Promoted to New IL-5:

Also Crafty 19.11 SE is included into the next qualifier as the best 19.11
SE version (the best among equals ;-).
Failed promotion:

Aristarch 4.41 in favour of 4.40 (even though they are very close by strengh)
Time control: 30'+3"
Celeron 1GHz 256MB; hash settings is up to 38MB in sum for each engine;
resign is set to 6; few 5-men Nalimov's TBs.
Galis WBTM 0.5.0 is used to arrange the event.
