i agree that the gui is in english after installation selection of english language. the help files in xml format seem to be filled with with excelllent articles by smk (in german). i think i would find more value in the program and upgrading it when i become aware of its subtleties. only last week i recieved a new uci gui from germany- w.bratislawski's chess academy 7 gui, which comes with a new middlegame book and a new engine,( but of course i am using shredder there). i need to decide where to devote my energies. i do like the new shredder gui very much.
