I agree with you its interesting position.Y tried to make quick analice with
Genius3.This program also dont find out the right move 23.b3!main variant goes
on23. ...c3 24.Nc3 bc 25.Rc3 Kb8 26.Qc2 then Genius find better 26. ...Qd7 after
27.Ba7 Kb7 28.Bc5(28.Rac1!?)Bc5 29.Rc5 Rc5 30.Qc5 Kc7 31.Qc4 Rb8 32.h4 Qd2(32.
...Qd6 33.h4 Rb4 34.Qc2 e5 35.h5=)33.Ra7 Rb7 34.Rb7 Kb7 35.Qb5 Kc7 36.Qh5 Qe1
37.Kg2 Ne5 38.f4 Qe4 39.Kh2 Nf3 40.Kh3= . Again of cource best move is 23.b3!
but probably it gives only draw.But G.K. has may be other opinion.Thx for nice
