I think that it is too dangerous to evaluate it as a draw.

After all I am using chess knowledge that even I am not 100% sure that the
knowledge is correct.

A better evaluation should say something like 90% draw 10% win for white that
means something like +0.2 or +0.3 pawns for white in the evaluation of chess
programs.

I remember a case when chessmaster6000 on p200 lost an endgame in the ssdf games
with KRPPP vs KRPPP when all the pawns were on the same side so I am not sure
that there is no practical chance against top chess programs with white when
white is even pawn up and we have not position with equal material.
