on page 64..the USCF has an advertisement for their online chess server they list several "Important Facts"about the server one of them reads and i quote... "Chess Hall of Fame Live finds and PUNISHES(bold type my own)abusive players and computer cheaters" does anyone know what form this punishment takes? are we talking imprisonment here or perhaps hefty monetary fines?
