Your log files are fine.
But e.g. KNNKQ contains only wins for KNN (which are of course few).
For the losses (= wins for KQ) you need to build KQKNN as well.
In fact, you will want to build the entire KxKyz subset.

You also might want to take some time to study FEG.TXT at your leisure.
