Browsing the file with all Crafty's games at ICC, 2003, I find 927 games against grandmaster Jesus Nogueiras. The resul: Crafty 769 - Nogueiras 158 Nogueiras won 34 games. These games were blitz, mostly 5+0 and 5+3, a few of them 3+0: a very favorable time control for the engine. Yet I wonder if many top GMs would be capable to beat Crafty in a match at normal time controls. Crafty seems to be slightly weaker than current top commercial engines, but its "style" of play could be particularly difficult to cope with for humans.
