I got it for $20 from heartland america with free shipping. I'd say it's rated around 1350. It's good enough for me because im only rated around 1250. The problem with excalibur's stuff, is that it doesnt tend to last as well as I would like. :( I bought a LCD chess unit and it lasted me only about 6 months. It is excellent at battery life(I maybe changed them once in 6 months) It's portability and light weight makes it a good investment if you aren't any better than 1350 elo.
