Thank you for organizing these events. I enjoy them very much!

I think once a week is fine.

15 with a small increment (1 - 3 sec) is okay for me.
I would like to have a blitz tournament now and then, for instance 5 3 once a
month. And with more then 5 rounds, if possible (perhaps round robin if there
are not too many participants).

Only if it uses a pentium II :)

The days/times are okay for me. I don't know about others.

Yes, I think that some authors don't participate because they don't know that
there will be a tournament or hear about it too late.
