I think this has a lot more to do with your frustration at being told that you
are wrong by 50 people than my rudeness.

Let me recap:

Your (wrong) point:

People should spend time to learn how to operate computers & their programs.

My point:

People have better things to do.  Using a computer is the *means* not the *end*.
