Once a week is fine.

Author only tournament.

G15 or G15 +  <4 is fine.

The occasional blitz is worth considering.

I can make the Friday 2pm (7pm BST) tournament, but the Sat one is past my
bedtime :-)  But no doubt more convenient for others, so the balance is probably
right.
