I don't understand why you would open up the position and help CST to continue the attack, a better alternative would be 18. ... Dxc3 19. exd5 Ke7, and White has no compensation for the material sacrificed. 20. ... Lf5?? is a terrible blunder, a better move would be 20. ... Df5, Black is ahead in material, why not simplify into an endgame and White's attack evaporates. I think that your defensive skills needs some sharpening. It is terrible. One cannot be one sided when developing a chess style because one cannot always attack, and one must also learn to defend well besides attacking well.
