I rather suspect that when CCC member Robin Smith's book on this subject is
published by John Nunn this summer, the debate about this topic will be furious.
I just saw a prototype book cover for the Smith book at niggeman website...I am
guessing that if the artist was already paid, gambit won't pull the plug on the
project ;->
