Good point! Perhaps they can even start hate playing with black
not only because they would think white is the one who wins, but mainly
because they will start thinking with the white pieces and the black ones
would seem strange.

Anyway two free programs to make what he wants is Arena and ChessDiag.

Inside Arena you have to press: Position->Mirror Board
Inside ChessDiag you have to press: Edit->Transform->Switch Color
