Do the other 100% CPU programs also have graphics ? A decent 300w PSU should be easily good enough to power what you have, but if it is a few years old and a generic no-name one it may be that it can't cope. Wouldn't want to recommend replacing the PSU as it may be something else. However assuming you may have upgrade plans in the future it moght be a good investment anyway
