  I will say that Fritz GUI has caused may people trouble in the past. It is
very slow to exit for me after running on WinXP. Several others decided to turn
off system restore to make it run (run at all I believe). I haven't heard much
about this lately but I do think some of their code is leaking or at least not
correct. While I still ran Win98se Fritz GUI would scramble the left side of the
Start menu (the color bar), the only program that ever did that too I might add.
