That's ChestUCI (special mate mode), of course.
Normal Chest has no chance, here.

Without asking Chest, my warmware sees the zugzwang theme here:
If white could pass (do null move) black were forced to move the g pawn.
Do this 3 times, and we get a6 bxa6 and its over soon.
Unfortunately I count more than 31 moves for this complete manoeuvre,
so I appear to miss something.
