same in the case of number of fail high relative to number of nodes.

Note that I said that it is only one of the conditions.

Another condition is to have enough fail low in a row.
number of faillow in a row that is needed is not constant but in all cases it is
at least 4 so 2 fail low and no fail high will never reduce the depth in movei.
