Thanks, Kurt.

I tried to logon to Playchess server, but my former password didn't work.
So I logged on as a guest. When I Query Update, I am told my software is
updated, but there is also a message: Serial Number Needed.

I remember filling that out (Serial Number), once before, to get the Shredder
7.04 upgrade or a prior GUI update.

Not sure where my Serial Number is. Not on the Shredder 7 or Fritz 7 CD
package, not on the CD. Did I get that in an eMail from Chessbase?

Did I lose a small slip of paper (containing Serial Number) = that came with the
CD packages?

Thanks for any additional help.
