There is a simpler way IMO. Install Rebel 12 as a winboard engine
and go to Engine Management - Details - General - Command Line Options
and write w6 Rebel.eng. You can duplicate the engine if you want to add
a new personality and you will always know which personality you are using.
(You don't need adapters for winboard engines under Arena.)
